Whether the plan is to gamble, watch some shows, or simply escape from the sunlight, these casinos are the way to go. Once you walk through the doors, you?ll discover an alternate world filled with money, luxury, and more money. Casinos aren?t just to gamble, however ? with casinos that look this fabulous, you may get some inspiration for the real estate design on your next property venture.
While there are thousands of casinos around the world to choose from, these five are some of the top choices on anyone?s list?
The Venetian, Macao
A sister casino to the Venetian in Vegas, the Macau casino resort opened in 2007 and is a large factor in why Macau has become so popular for holidays in recent years, and why a certain 007 visited the region in Skyfall.? In terms of area covered, it is the sixth largest building in the world, not to mention the largest of all casinos.? The fake Venetian canals and the endless amount of hotel facilities are incredible, including the CotaiArena which holds many sporting events.? Oh, and the gambling facilities are not too shabby themselves. If only ordinary properties looked like this!
Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
Owned by the same company as The Venetian as well as more major casinos, the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is one of the newest kids on the block, but also one of the most exciting.? The building design is said to be inspired by a deck of cards, although the SkyPark also resembles a giant surfboard.? There are two floating pavilions, an ice rink, a museum, theatres and some stunning swimming pools.? It hosts some of the best shows around and is apparently the most expensive casino property in the world.
The Bellagio, Las Vegas
The Bellagio is one of the most famous casinos in the world with one of the most famous fountains.? The Fountains of Bellagio are?synchronized?to musical pieces, which is enough reason alone to want to go here.? The art, the shows, the gambling, it?s all enough to wow anyone and make them want to consider looking here for extra real estate.
Casino de Monte Carlo, Monaco
James Bond might be hanging out in Macau now, but Monte Carlo is still his clear favourite.? No, not the Vegas Monte Carlo, but the classic and chic casino of Monaco is still one of the ?coolest? around, if not purely because of the history of it.? Interestingly enough, residents of Monaco are actually forbidden from gambling here, but perhaps that makes it even more enticing for the rich foreigners.? Gambling and casinos are embedded in the region, and the Casino de Monte Carlo stands is still a standout.
Sun City, South Africa
This is one of the less notorious casinos, but still a deserved candidate.? It?s about a two hour drive from Johannesburg, right near the city of Rustenburg. The casino has its own safari park, home to a variety of African animals, as well as a whole heap of other things around.
Greg Campbell is huge extreme sports enthusiast and travels around the country a lot for his work. He?s currently looking at houses for sale in Perth with Stockland, although the Burswood Casino isn?t as impressive as some of these.
